Ragi sweet recipe


Ingredients:

Ragi flour - 3 cup
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Jaggery - 1/4 cup (smashed)

Preperation:

Take a pan and heat it, add the ghee.
Keep the burner in low flame, add  ragi flour to the ghee and roast until you get an aroma.
Add jaggery to the roasted ragi and mix it well with ragi for a minute. Allow it to cool down and enjoy the recipe.
